Customer orders are dispatched through our local rural Post Office. When you order our gear, some of your money helps sustain another rural business that provides a valuable service to the surrounding community. Your support is really appreciated.
We can only post orders on specific days because our nearest post office has limited opening times. We post first and second class orders twice a week on a Monday and Thursday. Orders received after 12pm on these days will be shipped on the following posting day.
Customers who specify Special Delivery on their orders, and submit them before 12pm on any weekday, can expect them to be treated as a priority. We have to use a different Post Office further away, but we respect your desire to get your order really quickly if you need it.
